3.事項變更：

醫(yī)療器械產品注冊證書所列內容發(fā)生變化的，持證單位應當自發(fā)生變化之日起30日內，申請辦理變更手續(xù)或者重新注冊。

4.許可證件有效期與延續(xù)：

醫(yī)療器械產品注冊證書有效期四年。持證單位應當在產品注冊證書有效期屆滿前6個月內，申請重新注冊。

現(xiàn)行法規(guī)規(guī)定，生產許可證審批時限30個工作日，產品注冊證審批時限90個工作日，但實際的產品注冊證審批時間大概在8-10個月(順利的話)。
